TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Flight Tickets if booked with us are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-REROUTEABLE/NON TRANSFERRABLE.
- Itinerary may change due to local weather condition or any other unavoidable circumstances.
- Minor passengers below 18 years old must be accompanied with parents, either mother or father. Otherwise, guardian must secure clearance from DSWD.
- Philippine Government employees must secure a Travel Authority from their respective department heads before travelling outside the country.
- Kindly check your email for any notification from the airline or travel agency for any changes. ? Passenger guarantees that the names in the above booking are correct and same spelling with the passports/valid I.D.
- Passenger is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas and permits, and for complying with the laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of countries of origin, destination or transit.
- Passenger guarantees that the passports are valid 6 months upon departure and arrival and is not tampered or damaged.
- Immigration/Airport Personnel has the right to subject passenger to questioning or interview upon exit. Travel Agency will not be liable for any immigration decision to not allow passenger to depart due to any circumstances.
- Passenger must shoulder any charges/damages caused by invalid/expired travel document.
- Hotel Standard Check in time is at 1400h and standard check out time is 1200h.
- Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400h. Late checkouts will automatic charge one (1) night.
- All room categories (bed configuration) are subject to availability upon check-in.
- No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited.
- Failure to pay by the deadline set on our official confirmation will result in AUTO-RELEASE of all confirmed services. Any reinstatement of booking will be subject to package availability.
- Please be reminded that guests should be in the lobby on time for tours/ departure airport transfer pick up. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the transportation arrangement resulting to an unnecessary incident.
- Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking.
- If cancellation is due to personal reasons, rebooking may be allowed but is subject to the approval of travel operators but tours are non refundable
- No refund will be extended for any unused services unless due to death of a family member that is included in the tour. Only the amount of the deceased will be refunded. For Critical Illness with Medical Certificate indicating the disease. Only the amount of the sick individual will be refunded.
- Land Arrangement Refund is based on our supplier/operator policy. We will send them an email request and will rely on their approval.
- ALL PACKAGES that are in PROMO RATE are NONREFUNDABLE
- In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, Etc.) Which are beyond our control and WAYPH/ RH Destinations Travel and Tours will not be liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/ resort and other suppliers.
