    Hello everyone, first of all im looking and searching for a perfect resort in Mexico Pampanga. I just want to say to the Rude receptionist na I just hope na tinanggal na sya ngayon ng owner ng resort na yan. Graduate ako ng HRM and culinary arts and super nakakairita ang ugali ng receptionist nila kung ako ang magiging client nila. Dapat alam nyang magemphatize sa client, hindi sya dapat receptionist sa ugali nya. At hello nakita ko fb account naintriga ako, mukhang katulong na lumaklak ng gluta OMG tapos sasabihin nyang crush sya ng hapon, my God sana nagsorry ka na lang. Blog ito teh, they can say anything they want, kawawa naman resort sayo, ugali mo sablay na kasing dumi ng pool ng resort. Maganda sana sa pic tong resort pero tama sila mukhang pics ng opening pa lang yang resort pero mukhang not a better place to relax, mastress lang mga tao sa resort na to. Better sa iba na lang kayo, baka mangyari lang nito hanapin lang ng tao yung rude receptionist at sampalin ng isa para matauhan…. biggest attraction pa hahahah! To the receptionist, AngPANGET Mo, magsalamin ka muna mukha kang bisayang katulong na naghahanap ng target na hapon para yumaman at umalis sa resort. Buset! hahahah!

    first hospitality industry requires a lot of Patience and honesty… for miss nicole na maganda daw, your attitude really sucks, you’re woking there to provide convenience to your customers, kahit cgro sumabog na ang client nyo sa galit wag mo patulan, and listen to their complains dun kc magiimprove yung service , hindi yung eentrada ka as if you know everything. attitude palang you fail na… if miss maan thinks your resort really f***k up you must accept it, yan ang opinion ng mga customers nyo… sa line ng business na yan The Customer is always right! kahit minsan sila ang mali but this time ikaw ang mali… you should treat your guests nicely kc ikaw ang humaharap sa kanila and ni rerepresent mo ang amber… kung d maganda ang place kahit pleasing personality ng mga staff meron kaso wala.. disappointing na nga ang resort pati attitude nyo pangit.. and sabi mo mas maganda ka sa kanya, cgro nga maganda ka kung attitude po pangit wala din diba.. and feeling mo tumitingin yung Japanese sayo lam mo sabi nga madaming namamatay sa maling akala… buti hindi ka namatay :), ayaw mo malaman ng boss mo about the issue pro sa public mo pa pinapakita yang rotten attitude mo… might as well na tangalin ka na lang sa work kesa naman ikaw ang nakakaharap ng mga guest nyo na nagbabaon ng masamang experience not just with the resort kundi sayo narin… and about sa direction paunta jan. ok fine madaling hanapin pro panu kung hind taga jan mga tao, if your going sa san pablo amber resort mag eexit sa san fernando hnd sa mexico kc mas mapapalayo sila kung sa mexico, i know kc jan province.. and 24 hours operation ng resort dapat meron mag aattend sa mga needs ng mga guest, kung sino man ang may ari nyan dapat alam din panu kung may emergency walang tao pano na yun..?? diba… tapos may gusto ng umuwi d pwd ano yun illegal detention ang ginawa.. kawawa naman mga guest nyo… Good job for miss maan, mga ganitong mga service dont deserve good feed back… kahit naman siguro ako magagalit kung ganito service ang maeexperiences ko… iba ibang taong ng nakakaharap nyo so miss nicole dapat maintain mo composure mo hindi yung sagot ka ng sagot, siguro d alam ng boss mo mga gngwa nyo!!! really feel sad for miss maan sayang lang effort and money sa pagpunta dun… obvious na hindi nagaral ng hrm yan kc wala syang alam, pro kahit naman cgro hnd sya nagaral ng hrm dapat pakita nya magandang ugali.. panu na ang ITS MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES

    im done and i will never take back what i said about the place… you should do something and take it as a challenge not a critic… atleast nalabas ko na lahat ng sama ng loob ko… goodluck nalang sa lugar ninyo… hindi lng ako ang meencounter or naencounter nyong ganito im sure madami rin… and still kau ang worst na npuntahan kong resort….

    Galling din po kami ng amber last holy week. Hindi man perfect pero para sa Amin perfect po ang place Kasi napalm mura na po ng mga villa nila at malinis naman ah. Nag enjoy kami,,, ang Sarah ng stay namin sa amber.

Maybe miss maan should look at herself and try to examine what is she doing?if it doesn’t help and it only make troubles maybe it’s better for her to tell her piece politely…. I’m one of the customer at amber resort last Maundy Thursday….tnx

    Personally, I’ve been also at amber resort last holy week and we had really a great time, sometimes it happens talaga na you were frustrated to what was happening to you or worst there are external factors that triggers your bad times like that of the wrong direction they gave to you but sometimes it just can’t stop there and blame others and even worst is that you ruin your holiday, anyways, I’ve seen how this resort have tried to be affordable and reasonable. I think it’s just a matter of attitude. The appliances I think were not available because I think it’s just for a short stay only and for affordability purposes. The switches or socket were not available also I think it’s because some others use them for electric stove microwave oven. In. Which were not really supposed to be, it might cause electric shortage or even fire. Anyways, I’ve seen amber resort last 2 days ago and we find it clean, the swimming pool was clean. I don’t know where did the lady saw it “very dirty” it’s not true.!!! Let’s us also not misled other people….

    Halu. I heard that some1 wrote something about me on this web. I read it. but. tagalog. so I asked my friend to traslate it.
    1st of all, I can’t understand this situation. What did u write about? Did I look at u many times? with what? I think u have a very high confident. Are u not shy to say that? U really don’t know why. I can say that I was looking at u in great ANGER. cuz.. to be honest, all things were very disappointing.
    Did u ever check or see ur swimming pool and the water? and the pictures of ur resort? Maybe ur picz were taken for 2 or 3 years ago. Am I wrong?
    Second, u know, that nyt, around 11:30pm.. I was sleeping but all of a sudden, no elcec. and it was very hot. so we waited for it for around 30minz. While we were waiting, also 1guy who stayed next to our room, told me that this resort sucks. and keep on repeating again and again. 1more, that tym I saw 1couple that they really wanted to check out but they couldn’t do it. U know why? no one was there in d reception place. and there was 1guard told them, “u can’t cuz check out tym is not now.” . What can u say? Do you think it was possible to say that?
    What if some1 really has an urgent case, just wait for d check out till next day?
    How stupid it is.
    And u should know that I didn’t say anything that tym. Cuz I didn’t wanna fight. so just wanted to leave there ASAP. but.. u know what happened. Don’t cha?
    We waited for more than 1 hour again. cuz we needed to get our i.d and deposit money 1k back. but that tym, u didn’t have it. and we waited. correct?
    HOw can it be possible that we can’t check out. I think u should change that system 1st.
    Last of all, I really can’t help but laugh. Plz plz change the swimming pool water as long as u can.
    And plz don’t make another gossip or bad story about me that it wasn’t real. Got it? God bless u and hope u can realize many things cuz of me.

    IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE ME JUST CHECK OUT THE PLACE YOURSELF… IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO COMPLAINED IN THAT PLACE ALMOST ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS THERE WHO STAYED IN THEIR VILLAS.

    is that true? sa narinig ko sa mga friends ko ang saya raw dito ang gand nga raw eh. and from the pictures i have seen its also beautiful. na inggit nga ako safriends ko kc hindi ako nakasama , they really had a great time. and from what ive heard ang sarap pa raw ng food.were planning to have an outing there. di kaya masungit ka lng talaga kaya nag sungit sayo ung workers? why nyo pala inask sa guard kung ano gagawin? guard un eh bakit siya tatanungin?

    Wow it’s more fun in the Philippines talaga. Pagandahan challenge at amber resort, Ang tindi at hapon pa ang dahilan ng away. Sa piso nalang kayo for sure wall pang radiation ang piso para sa puso. Ang lapad ng hapon nakakatakot sa radiation.

    Why naman po baligtad yata experience namin with you ang lugar at maraming halaman at may net para di am sun burn mega client, madaling mahanap ang place, at magagalang at promp sila sa service Baka po nag Kataon s inyo medyo mainit ang mga ulo po nyo.

    The worst place ever!!! we didn’t enjoy our stay here… here is my story…. first i called them and inquire about the place but she kept on forcing me to pay and telling me i have to deposit money first for reservation i told her to text me their account number but she didn’t so i called them again to ask them and they told me the only rooms that are available is one each of the villa so i need to hurry so of course for me i did all the effort so that person will guide me all throughout… after sending the money, i was expecting she might txt me back and asked her again about their facilities, rules and regulations in that f”cking place but she didn’t replied telling me that they received the money and the villas were already reserved i ask them again how can i go there and i need your rules and regulations in that place so we will know what to bring and not to bring… they didn’t answer so i was just thinking “its ok at least their place looks good and i’ll go there to enjoy and bond with my workmates”… when we were travelling going that place, of course we don’t know how to get there coz I just found their ads via google so i called them to ask their help so we can find the place… at first the girl was kind and she trying to help but actually she made our travelling worse i told her were about to go there and we need to know where will we exit from NLEX (that was the first instruction they gave us that nlex is faster so its better to take that road) her answer was “of course mageexit kau ng mexico kasi ang lugar nga naman namin eh mexico”(sarcastic, right?) so i was thinking she know what she’s talking about and followed her directions. When we exit mexico using NLEX, i called her again because there was intersection and that intersections was going to mexico left and right but different barangays so i called her again she said “maam nand2 na po kau sa mexico hanapin nyo lng po ung sm at robinsons” so i was thinking i thought sm and rosbinsons is in sn fdo???… so i just ask tricycle drivers im sure they know the way… here’s the funny part! they told us to go back at nlex and exit at sn fdo so you can find sn pablo easily (hahaha stupid girl! akala ko pa man alam mo lahat!)…. so we followed them and finally we arrived there and note! Without any help from their receptionist because her instructions didn’t helped us at all, she could have just told us she doesn’t know the way so i didn’t waste my load, her effort and our gas!!!….. and then when we arrived there i was expecting the place is good and everything will be ok… but it gets worse! they let us wait and forced me to pay our remaining balance and they are looking for the proof that i really sent the money from the back so i gave them the deposit slip to prove that i really paid then the suddenly ask me “maam nasan na po ang official receipt na nagbayad kau sa BDO?” i answered “yan na po yun dba?” but she still insists that there is another paper, then “she said ok na to itanong ko nalang ung boss namin” then additional statement “maam bawal po kumain sa pool ha may villa naman po kau dun nalang po kau kumain swimming lng po ang pwede nyong gawin sa pool” so I told her “ibig nyong sbhin maglalakad pa kmi papuntang pool??? Sa web site nyo ang sbi dun katabi lng..” I didn’t finish what im telling her then she suddenly interrupted and telling me maam yes malapit yan yan lang oh!” so I checked it out (syet oo nga malapit lng! But they close the nearest way to go there, so you have to walk around to reach the entrance!” bullsh*t!! while waiting we checked out the pool HOLY CRAP!!!! THE POOL WAS VERY VERY DIRTY!!!!! YOU CAN’T EVEN SEE THE TILES AT THE BOTTOM! SO YOU WILL THINK ITS VERY DEEP! BUT ACTUALLY ITS NOT IT’S ONLY 3 FT.!… WAHAHAHAHAHAHA F*CK!… at first we didn’t want to swim because its was f*ckin’ dirty!!!!! So while checking out the place we saw people eating, cooking their food near the pool area so we ask again the person guiding us! “kuya bat cla pwedeng kumain? Bat kami hindi” so the guy said “Pwede kaung kumain d2, mag iihaw ba kau para kunan ko kayo sa parilya” so we answered “opo kuya”…. So we put out things in the cottage prepared our food and waited for 2pm… when it was 2pm I went there and told my workmates to help me carry our drinks so we can put it in the ref…. so we carried all our drinks and went to our rooms, when we went inside our villas we were looking for the ref and I asked them “diba sa site nyo ang sbi me tv at ref kau?” nsan po ung ref? house keeping answered “ayy wala na po ninakaw po kasi ung mga ref namin eh kaya wala na po!” WTF!?? So of course we were alarmed that this resort is dangerous! Imagine!?? “ultimo ref nananakaw malamang pati mga gamit namin delikado khit pa cguro nakalock 2ng villa!”… so I ask my workmates to go to the reception and ask if we can use something to cool our drinks.. but they said “kaw nalang ang tapang ng receptionist eh nakakatakot” so I answered “napansin ko nga mukang maldita” so I went there talked to her and ask her “nsan na ung ref namin? akala ko ba may ref ang rooms nyo? Un ang nakalagay sa site nyo” then replied “maam hindi po ang rooms po namin na may ref ay ang 2 bedrooms and 2 cr na good for 10 ang pinareserve nyo ung good for two at ung good for 7 wala pong ref yun!” so I said “ok wala ba kaming magagamit na ref jan khit mag dagdag nalang kmi?” so she ignored me then talked to the other person that was paying so I went outside and I was really pissed!!! So I told my workmates “maldita tong babaeng to kung bastos cya babastosin ko rin cya”… then we really need to put our drinks inside the ref because it was freakin hot and we need cold drinks so we went out bought ice.. then I told my workmates “hiram kau cooler nla baka meron cla tas pag may extra charge cge bayaran nalang natin” so they borrowed and waited but still no cooler so I ask my brother to go there and ask for the cooler then he got the cooler and stated “pag hindi mo pa cla kinulit hindi nla ibibigay yung cooler eh” so after that I approached her again because they didn’t give the keys in the other villa we can’t lock it and she told me “maam nabigay ko na po! Sigurado kayo wala sa inyo?” and added “maam diba sabi ko naman po sainyo na hindi kayo pwedeng kumain sa pool eh” so I said “hindi naman tlga… magluluto lng kami andun kasi andun na lahat ng iluluto namin naka set up na ung baga binigyan pa kami ng lutuan ng ksama mo dun kasi ang sbi nila pwedeng kumain dun, tas ilalabas nalang namin pagkatapos, bakit ba kasi hindi pwedeng kumain dun? Nagbayad naman kami entrance fee may villa naman na kami… “ I didn’t finished my sentence the suddenly she interrupted me again and told me “maam ganito po kasi yun iniiwasan po naming magkalat kayo sa cottage at sa villa nyo at the same time, kaya po una palang sinabihan ko na kau na bawal kumain sa loob diba? libre na nga ung cottage nyo eh” so I just shut my mouth then relay what she told me to my workmates and we followed what she said we cooked and walked around to bring our food going to our villa and set our tables and chairs to eat there… then she passed by and told my workmate “maam isa lang po ang table at chairs ninyo sa kabilang cottage po yang kalahating gnamit nyo” I was really pissed off and told them “wag nyong galawin yan andjan na lahat ng pagkain natin at inumin imomove pa natin may right tau dahil 2 and kinuha nating rooms so tama lang na 2 ang tables natin kung gusto nla kunin nla ung nsa harap ng isang villa natin” and I remembered on the phone when we were talking I ask for some discounts coz we rented two rooms and she said “maam pick days po kasi napili nyo chaka ok na po yan kasi magkatabi naman ung room na ibibigay naming sainyo para mag magkalapit lang” but there, our room is 5 villas away from the other room we got! Sheeezz!!!… then she came back and told me “cge maam sainyo na po yang tables na yan magseset up nalang kami ng iba kasi kailangan din po ng katabi nyo ng table paki urong nalang ung sainyo para may space ung kanila” and added “maam kakausapin ko po kau mamaya ha may sasabhin lang ako” so I was alarmed I thought we did something wrong and thinking maybe they will add charges again of what we did… so we moved our tables and chairs…. Then she approached me and I told her well just talk here the she said “maam kukuha lang po kami ng 1,000 para dun sa anu, anu na kasing tawag dun! Para sa susi nyo” I replied ahh deposit and she said “ah oo yun! Pero wag kayo magalala kabisado ko naman po sira ng mga yan kaya po kayong mag alala” so I asked her “ahh so para pag me nkita kayong damage na bago ikalalastas ninyo jan?” and she said “maam hindi naman po sa ganun pero wag kayong magalala kabisado ko lahat ng sira jan assurance lng to sa susi kc dati hindi binalik ung susi namin and added maam cge sainyo na po yang tables nay an magseset up nalang po kami ng bago para knila” she said that line many times every time she is passing by in our table. We tried to enjoy the place because that was the first outing of our company but I’m not comfortable because I was shy with my coworkers because the place really sucks. Then one customer asked us” wala rin ba kayong ref? at tv? Kasi samin wala eh!” they are using the room good for 10 people but the girl told us they only have ref in their room good for 10 people. I remembered there was tv inside our rooms but there was no plug near the TV because they said there was one time one customer plug something there and suddenly I caused a short circuit in all of their TV plugs. Cool diba?.. galling nya mag rason.
    We swam and guess what we found 2 goggles at bottom of the pool I was thinking maybe their customers thought they lost it and they can’t find it because the pool was freakin dirty!!!!… hahahahaha. when were about to rest, the lights suddenly turned off so I went out and check but it was only our villa but other villa has light then this one guy approached me “miss nawalan din kau ng ilaw? P*tang in*ng lugar to! Hindi na ko babalik sa p*tang ina*ng lugar na to” he was very angry and kept on saying bad word about the place, we looked for someone who can help us with our problem, there was this guy I think he’s the guard but he was very “aanga nga” he doesn’t what to do! So kuya (the guy who approached me stayin beside our villa) told the guard “KUYA!!! Hindi nyo ba naiintindihan ung sinasabi namin??? wala po kaming kuryente! Wala po ba kayong pwedeng gawin dito!??” And added “ p*tang ina hinayupak na lugar to ang pangit pangit na nga ganito pa nangyayari” hayyy! Hindi na ko babalik dito!!!….. we were just laughing and kuya guard checked but obviously he doesn’t know what to… and we added “kuya dapat po lagging may tao sa reception nyo para pag me ganitong cases nde tayo lahat nahihirapan” and I told kuya (the person beside our villa) “matapang ung receptionist nla ano? Hindi cya approachable” he answered “oo nga eh!” then added again “nakita nyo ba yung buffet nila!?? P*tang in*!” and I asked bkit po? He answered “ayyy p*ta nagchaga nalang kaming lumabas at maghanap ng kaininan sa labas” so we’re all just laughing while wating for the guard he came back and said “sinong may load jan at tawagan nyo ang may ari at kausapin nyo” so I ask the number and dialed and told kuya you talk to him and tell them our problem he step away from me and said “ayy hindi! Kayo ang kumausap at kayo ang nagkakaproblema” so I talked to him about our problem kuya neighbor told me just refund the money we can all go… so I told the owner and he said “maam hintayin nyo nalang po ung electrician at pupunta nap o cla cya ngaun” then kuya said “ilang oras nanaman yan aabutin ang init2 pa” so I told kuya to talk to him.. they talked nothing happened we just waited for them.. while waiting one customer from the other villa approached the guard “kuya magche2ck out nap o kami, pwede po bang ipasok namin yung sasakyan naming doon sa loob kasi po ang layo ng parking eh sino po pwedeng magtangal ng harang jan” the guard answered “ayyy hindi ko alam bkit kasi kayo magcheck out” the customer said “actually po overnight po kami ditto pero naisipan nalang naming umalis” he answered “ ayyyyy hindi! Overnight kau kaya jan na kau hangang bukas hintayin nyo nalang bukas at bukas kayo magcheck out overnight pala kau eh!.” WTF!??? So kuya neighbor and I just left them laughing and we waited for the so called “electrician” then suddenly it rained very hard!!! And thinking! What the!?? What will we do now?… then the electrician came and checked then just to find out someone turned off our main switch in their fuse box… I heard the electrician said “anu ba yan nagdala pa ko ng mga gamit, wala rin pala!”.. so went inside the room and tried to rest after a few minutes the receptionist knock on the door “maam ok na wala nang problema? Ok na ho?” I’m not in the mood to talked to and I really hate talking to her because of her loud voice and her answers to my every questions is unreasonable.. “pabalang pa sumagot kala mo lam nya lahat!” the next day I woke up very early because I can’t rest and thinking I have to do something! I want them to hear my comments maybe it can help or maybe I just want to tease the receptionist before I leave the place. I waited for 7:00am then told my coworkers “magpack na kau magche2ck out na tau ayaw ko nang tumagal pa sa lugar na to!” they packed all out things and I went to their reception place and I ask the girl there “ate magche2ck out nap o kami” she said “maam wala pa po ung mga incharge dito hindi po namin alam kung anung kailangang ibigay sa inyo 8am pa po ang office hours” so I called her and I told her “magche2ck out na kami!” and she said “ayyy maam 8am pa po ang dating ko jan kasi wala pa po ung housekeeping jan 8am po cla magiging available” then I said “anu ba naman yan!!! Magche2ck out na nga lang paghihintayin nyo pa kami!” and dropped the call immediately coz I don’t want to hear her excuses! She I arrived there and I can see she’s really pissed! And I watched her check our place and guess what! The girl I talked to in the reception is the housekeeper that she stated that the housekeepers will arrive at 8am!… wahahaha f*ck! I can’t just leave because they got my ID and my brother’s id with our deposits. So she was there at the reception and keep on talking and talking that she can’t do anything she needs to wait for her boss because office time is 8am blah blah blah… and then she can see I’m just ignoring her so she told me “maam anu ho ba kasi ung mga complains nyo sa lugar nmin bakit ho ba kayo ganyan?” (this is it!) so I told her everything this place sucks you are rude! I hate this place! And many things then suddenly she interrupted me again and ask “maam diba chineck ko pa nga po kau kung ok lng kau kagabi kasi nga po nwalan kayo ng kurente, teka nga po pala matanong ko nga po bakit nga po pala kau kuryente??? Kasi ang sabi samin ng electrician may nagpatay daw!?” so I answered “sinisisi mo ba kami kung bakit kami nawalan ng kuryente!???? Ewan ko! Bat mo itatanong samin eh kami nga yun nawalan!” replied “oh yun lng gusto lng malaman hindi ko kayo sinisisi tama na ho! Yun lng gusto kong malaman! Hindi po ako bastos! Nahiya pa nga po ako sa inyo kaya bibigay ko na ung table kagabi eh! Chaka wag naman po kayong magsalita na parang binayaran nyo na po ako! Hindi kop o kau binastos o khit yang mga kasamahan nyo” excuse me miss receptionist sa pagsagot mo palang ng pabalang na hindi mo lng cguro alam dahil ganyan na tlga yang bibig mo palengkera!”
    but I have to say! Props to you!!! “kung wala ka jan cguro wala na yang resort na yan ang galling mo magrason at magsinungaling eh mapapa oo nalang sau ung mga customers jan! swerte ng amber resort at meron ka jan para idepensa ang kadugyutan ng lugar na yan”. So anyway back to my story we waited for almost two hours just to get our ID and deposit. I asked for the original receipt and she ask me again “nsan na ung resibo na binigay ko sau kahapon kukunin ko” and I said “eh diba sbi mo ibigay naming dun sa entrance!?” then she replied “ahh ganun ba!? Wala na ba akong binigay sau na iba sure ka!?” then she let me wait again for the OR, it was very hot im my coworkers looks pitiful because it was very hot so I followed her in their so called “office” then she suddenly popped out and said “maam eto na ang OR nyo noh? Ung susi!?” so I gave her the keys and I was really angry!!! I can feel she’s also very angry and I know inside her head she is cursing me. Then I checked the receipt they just put there half the price and I came back demanded “bakit eto lng nakasulat sa bill naming tas anlaki ng binayaran ko” and she said “ayyy yung deposit pala hindi talaga naming nilalagay yun kasi deposit yun ang nakalagay jan ung binayaran nyo lng ditto” so I said “hindi ba official receipt to so dapat andito lahat diba!?” so she went back inside their office and just added in the small space the remaining amount and gave me the receipt “maam here’s the receipt maraming salamat po! God bless you po!” (sarcastically)… watta holiday trip! GOOD LUCK TO YOU AMBER KINGDOM WATER PARK AND HOTEL.

    This is my first time trying to write blog?? Or article?? (wala po sa bokabyolaryo ko mag ganito). So excuse my grammar and (bad words) I didn’t check I just typed what pops out inside my head… I really hope this blog helped you a lot…
