Customer service sucks. I tried to inquire but I never got a response.I sent them text messages and even called four of the mobile numbers posted on their website plus their landline.all lines were ringing but they never bothered to reply!! You should close ..really.

the staff are not accomodating and hospitable… the room are so uncomfortable as well, not advisable if you have kids with you. the place may look nice because of their bright colors, the place sucks
One of The worst Beach to stay in Nasugbu Batangas!! The shore on the beach was very polluted with thrash and and even the beach is full of waste! The only good thing in this place is the waves on the beach, good for those who wants to play on the waves.. The rooms here also were very disappointing! even the staff is not hospitable..We saw this resort on the net while searching for a nice beach in nasugbu but we regret visiting this place!…Not advisable for a family who wants to go for relaxation…..
