This is also the perfect moment for Filipinos to demonstrate their undying support in the local film industry by watching the featured movie entries in the Metro Manila Film Festival.
The Metro Manila Film Festival is a film festival in Metro Manila that is yearly shown Philippine-wide from December 25 until the first or second week of January. All throughout the entire span of the festival, foreign movies are not allowed to compete with local featured films in theaters nationwide to give more chance for Filipino movies to shine, be recognized and patronized.
