Been to Borawan and Dampalitan. for me, over-rated lang ang Borawan.

i’ve been to magalawa island and cagbalete island. true piece of paradise on earth! travel time’s all worth it. laiya, batangas is a real quick break from all stress in the metro. but i must say i really loved the beach in Patar. it’s not white sand but golden!! and it’s sooo soft! you definitely wont mind the leaving your flipflops behind. seagrass or no seagrass, i loved its moderately playful waves and clear blue waters. i plan to go to all of these beaches. budget-friendly and of course, they’re close to manila.

    • eunice November 12, 2015 at - Reply

I agree, i prefer patar beach than any beach in batangas. There’s everything you need: clean toilet, accomodations, food, electricity etc. The beach/shore is clean plus its “swimable”. I remembered swimming in the beach 10am-4pm the only break that i had was to eat lunch. ? and i really dont mind the sunburn. Hahahhaha
