The Cordillera Inn is an old Vigan house. Unfortunately the interior was completely renovated in a modern style, its charm now lost, given up for more comfortable amenities.

It is well located on Mena Crisologo, the restored main road of the town. You enter directly from the street into a large, pleasant reception are with stone floors, a huge, round center table and antique lamps on the walls. This area adjoins the small restaurant with a congenial family atmosphere here.

A large staircase leads to the rooms on the upper floors. The original rooms have been divided to create smaller ones. This is true especially with the standard rooms. The decor is simple and sober but nearly all the rooms have air-conditioning with private bathrooms.

How To Get There

By air and land, 55 minute flight on PAL (4 weekly flights) from Manila to Laoag. 1.5 hours by the hotel’s chartered van from Laoag to Vigan (80km).

By land, 407 km from Manila, Take North Expressway at Balintawak and get off at Dau exit. Take North Diversion Road to MacArthur Highway. Before reaching the coastal road along which Vigan is located, you will pass by Angeles City, Tarlac, Urdaneta, Pozzorubio and Rosario. Then proceed further north passing by San Fernando (La Union) before reaching Vigan.
